Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy I value your time and mine. A minimum 24-hour notice is required for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or clients who fail to show for their scheduled service, will be charged 40% of the total service cost. I understand that life happens — if you’re feeling unwell or experiencing illness symptoms, please be honest and reach out. I’ll gladly rebook your appointment for a later date. Things happen, and communication is always appreciated. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to ensure the next client’s service begins on time. Full service charges still apply.
